Feeling at home with ESPC
ESPC is a market-leading property firm in Scotland, representing 140 solicitor estate agents. I was tasked with the creative direction of an ad campaign to strengthening their reputation among first time buyers. The concept for the campaign was built on research that 80% of 18-40 year olds believe that owning a property makes it feel more like home.
The TV ad follows the journey of a couple buying their first home together. As well as capturing interactions with the ESPC app and a property centre advisor, the scenes are punctuated with moments of shared affection, humour, excitement, and relaxation… moments that make a property feel like home.
